We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager – Sales & Operations to lead and manage the Noida office operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence across business verticals.

Role Overview

The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the complete business operations of the Noida branch, including sales performance, team management, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience across SkillzRevo’s verticals.
The role requires a strong leader with experience in sales, operations, and team management within the education, training, consulting, or technology industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets for the Noida branch.
  • Lead sales across SkillzRevo Academy, Talent, and Consulting services.
  • Develop and execute local sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the marketing and digital teams for lead generation.

2. Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations including sales, counseling, and training coordination.
  • Ensure smooth delivery of training programs and services.
  • Monitor operational efficiency and optimize processes for productivity.
  • Ensure CRM, reporting, and data tracking are maintained properly.

3. Team Leadership & Management

  • Manage and mentor sales managers, counselors, telecallers, trainers, and support staff.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews.
  • Drive team motivation, training, and productivity improvement.
  • Build a high-performance sales culture within the branch.

4. Client & Partner Management

  • Develop relationships with corporate clients, universities, and training partners.
  • Explore opportunities for corporate training, consulting, and enterprise partnerships.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and service delivery standards.

5. Business Expansion

  • Identify new business opportunities and local partnerships.
  • Expand the reach of SkillzRevo programs in the Noida NCR region.
  • Support the leadership team in branch growth strategy and market expansion.

6. Reporting & Compliance

  • Provide daily/weekly/monthly performance reports to management.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and operational metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
  • MBA preferred

Experience
  • 5–10 years of experience in sales and operations
  • Experience in EdTech, Training, Consulting, Staffing, or Technology services preferred
  • Proven experience in team leadership and revenue growth
