Position: Cyber Security – Trainer (Part-Time)
Location: Remote (Anywhere in India)

Role Summary:
SkillzRevo Solutions is hiring motivated individuals for our Internal B2B segment. This role focuses on cultivating strong Player relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities and building long-term partnerships. Successful candidates will possess excellent multi-lingual communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and product skills, along with a proactive and strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver In-Depth Training: Conduct comprehensive, instructor-led online sessions covering foundational security concepts through advanced topics (blue/red/perspectives), emphasizing both theory and pragmatic workflows.

2. Develop Engaging Materials: Build detailed slide decks, lab guides, runbooks, code snippets, virtual lab scenarios, and assessments.

3. Technical Skills: Cover fundamentals to advanced topics including threat modeling, reconnaissance, attack vectors, security controls, VAPT, incident response, compliance, plus Python automation and Linux essentials.

4. Knowledge of Tools: Conduct practical labs using key industry tools like Nmap (Network Mapper), Enum (Enumeration), Firewalk, Spiders, SQLmap, DVWA (Damn Vulnerable Web Application), OpenVAS, SIEM Tools (Splunk, ArcSight, QRadar), Burp Suite, ISO Documentation Templates.

5. Mentor Learners: Provide guidance and support on projects, helping learners apply their skills in practical, real-world scenarios.

6. Update Course Content: Continuously refresh modules to reflect current threats, frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK), and toolchains; maintain versioned curricula and changelogs.

7. Collaborate with Team: Work with the SkillzRevo team to customize training programs to meet client-specific needs and industry standards.

8. Communication Skills: Strong ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

9. Training Experience: Experience in delivering training in an online or corporate setting is preferred.

Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years in Cybersecurity (e.g., Security Analyst, SOC, VAPT Consultant, IR Specialist, Security Engineer)
• Demonstrable training or mentoring experience.
