Position: HR Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Noida
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
– Post job openings on various job portals and the company website.
– Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per role requirements.
– Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
– Conduct initial interviews and reference checks.
– Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment reports.
Onboarding & Induction:
– Prepare and manage onboarding documents and checklists.
– Conduct employee induction and orientation sessions.
– Ensure all joining formalities and compliance documents are completed accurately.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
– Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
– Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
– Gather and share employee feedback to improve workplace culture.
HR Operations & Compliance:
– Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
– Assist in performance management processes.
– Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain HR documentation.
– Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
Additional HR Support:
– Coordinate with other departments for seamless HR operations.
– Support attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs when required.
– Participate in various HR initiatives and process improvement.
Requirements:
• Education: MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools preferred
