Master Trainer – Cloud, DevOps & MLOps Program

Reports To: Program Director / Head of Academics
Role Overview:
The Master Trainer – Cloud, DevOps & MLOps Program will be responsible for delivering high-quality live training sessions and ensuring effective learning outcomes for students enrolled in the program. The trainer will conduct instructor-led sessions, guide learners through hands-on labs, evaluate assignments, mentor students during project work, and support the successful completion of the program.
The trainer must have strong expertise in cloud computing, DevOps practices, container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and MLOps workflows, along with the ability to teach complex technical topics effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Delivery

Deliver structured live sessions aligned with the program curriculum and delivery schedule.

Conduct interactive and practical training sessions using real-world industry examples.

Ensure a clear explanation of DevOps and cloud architecture concepts with demonstrations.

Maintain high training quality and learner engagement during sessions.
2. Hands-On Labs & Project Mentorship

Guide learners through hands-on exercises, labs, and technical implementations.

Mentor students while working on 40+ projects and capstone project development.

Provide step-by-step technical guidance during lab sessions.

Assist students in troubleshooting technical issues during practice.
3. Assessments & Evaluation

Conduct technical assessments, including quizzes, assignments, and project evaluations.

Review student submissions and provide detailed feedback.

Track and monitor student progress throughout the program.

Identify learners who need additional support and provide mentoring.
4. Student Mentorship & Support

Conduct doubt-clearing sessions when required.

Provide career guidance related to DevOps, Cloud Engineering, and MLOps roles.

Encourage best practices for real-world DevOps implementation.

Support students in preparing for industry roles and certifications.
5. Curriculum Support & Improvement

Collaborate with the academic team to improve training materials.

Provide feedback on curriculum relevance based on industry trends.

Recommend new tools, technologies, or improvements to training modules.

Help update lab exercises and project content.

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of industry experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering.

Prior experience delivering technical training or mentoring professionals is preferred.

Experience with real-world DevOps implementations in production environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
