We’re Hiring: Recruiter – IT & Non-IT | SkillzRevo Talent Division

SkillzRevo Talent Division is expanding, and we’re looking for a dynamic Recruiter who can handle end-to-end hiring across both IT and Non-IT roles. If you’re passionate about connecting great talent with great opportunities, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities (KPA):

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions
• Understand job descriptions and client requirements thoroughly
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Conduct screening, interviews, and shortlist suitable profiles
• Coordinate with clients/vendors and manage interview schedules
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases
• Support onboarding and documentation when required
• Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline
• Collaborate with internal teams for staffing and internal hiring needs

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

• Number of positions closed monthly
• Quality of hires & client/vendor satisfaction
• Turnaround time (TAT) for each requirement
• Candidate pipeline strength and response rate
• Offer-to-joining conversion ratio
• Accuracy in maintaining recruitment data and reports
• Successful onboarding and retention during the initial period

Who Can Apply?

• 1–4 years of experience in IT/Non-IT recruitment
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment
• Experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Location: Sector -63, Noida, Near Metro Station.
