Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Tele Counsellor (EdTech) to handle student enquiries, outbound calling, and admissions support. The role involves counselling prospective students, converting leads into walk-ins, and achieving enrollment targets.
Job Details:
Role: Tele Counsellor / Academic Counsellor
Industry: EdTech / Education
Experience Required: 6 Months – 1 Year
Work Location: Noida Sector 63, A Block (Near Electronic City)
Working Days: 6 Days (Monday Weekly Off)
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to student leads provided by the company
Counsel students regarding courses, fees, and career outcomes
Convert leads into walk-in admissions
Take ownership of assigned leads and walk-ins
Follow up with interested candidates to close admissions
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal sales and academic teams
Meet daily calling targets and monthly admission goals
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience as a Tele Counsellor / Telecaller / Academic Counsellor
Experience in EdTech, Education Sales, or Admissions Counselling preferred
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Target-oriented and result-driven approach
Comfortable working 8–9 hours per day
Must have own laptop
Immediate joiners will be given preference
