The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the complete business operations of the Noida branch, including sales performance, team management, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience across SkillzRevo’s verticals. The role requires a strong leader with experience in sales, operations, and team management within the education, training, consulting, or technology industry. ---Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth- Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets for the Noida branch.
- Lead sales across SkillzRevo Academy, Talent, and Consulting services.
- Develop and execute local sales strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor and improve lead conversion rates.
- Work closely with the marketing and digital teams for lead generation.
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations including sales, counseling, and training coordination.
- Ensure smooth delivery of training programs and services.
- Monitor operational efficiency and optimize processes for productivity.
- Ensure CRM, reporting, and data tracking are maintained properly.
- Manage and mentor sales managers, counselors, telecallers, trainers, and support staff.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews.

- Build a high-performance sales culture within the branch.

Role Overview:
The Master Trainer – Cloud, DevOps & MLOps Program will be responsible for delivering high-quality live training sessions and ensuring effective learning outcomes for students enrolled in the program.
